Welcome Center Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to member and guest needs in person and by phone
• maintain lobby cleanliness and organization
• interview prospective members and sell memberships and programs
• build relationships with members and volunteers
• resolve membership concerns
• follow member-service policies and youth boundaries
• complete abuse-risk training
• report suspicious behavior
• ensure youth sign-in and sign-out procedures
• help clean and sanitize program areas.
