What you'll do

• Review customer specifications, drawings, samples, artwork, and assumptions
• estimate production methods, materials, labor, tooling, finishing, packaging, freight, and outside services
• prepare quotations, cost breakdowns, and pricing recommendations
• collaborate with sales, customer service, prepress, production, and purchasing
• maintain estimate files and documentation
• evaluate quote revisions and alternatives
• compare estimated and actual costs to improve estimating processes.
