As the on-duty leader during assigned shifts and when store management is absent, the supervisor guides frontline staff, supports customer service, and helps maintain safe operations and efficient merchandise flow.

What you'll do

• Supervise and direct assigned retail staff
• provide coaching and support
• reinforce onboarding and training
• oversee customer service, point-of-sale operations, cash handling, store appearance, and staffing coverage
• monitor merchandise flow from donation intake through processing to the sales floor
• support pricing and replenishment
• enforce safety, security, and loss-prevention procedures
• complete reports
• communicate operational issues
• and assist with opening and closing as assigned.
