What you'll do

• Provide timely and accurate information about ride order status and travel requests
• explain and confirm fares, dates, times, anticipated delays, and other needed information
• collect and enter customer and trip details using scheduling procedures
• assign trip times or explain when unavailable
• process orders, changes, cancellations, complaints, and commendations according to policy
• provide feedback about service failures and customer concerns
• maintain reliable attendance.
