What you'll do

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and room amenities
• prepare assigned spaces for guests
• report maintenance issues and safety concerns
• respond courteously to guest requests
• follow daily task lists and cleaning schedules
• communicate room status and supply needs
• follow safety and sanitation protocols, including PPE and cleaning chemical procedures
• maintain carts, closets, and workspaces.
