What you'll do

• Assess children, adolescents, and adults in psychiatric crisis
• facilitate hospitalization when indicated
• provide crisis counseling and coordination when inpatient care is not indicated
• conduct community outreach and short-term counseling and case management
• maintain electronic health records and timely screening and progress notes
• support safety planning and follow-up
• coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
• provide new-staff training on mobile crisis screening events as needed.
