It also supports safe, consistent production through troubleshooting, equipment checks, process improvement participation, and communication with the team.

What you'll do

• Assemble and disassemble components using drawings, blueprints, and standard work
• assist with parts removal and installation
• complete work orders
• troubleshoot and diagnose basic malfunctions
• participate in Rapid Improvement Workshops, Kaizen events, and root-cause corrective action
• perform quality checks and documentation
• transport materials using designated equipment
• maintain equipment and work areas
• follow safety, contamination-control, and HAZMAT requirements
• work overtime as required.
