Payroll Specialist II, Part-Time (Charlotte Area)

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and create work orders with structured issue data
• understand questions and suggest resolutions
• identify process inefficiencies and support documentation, testing, and team training for changes
• support payroll applications and recommend improvements
• respond to emails within service-level agreements
• process off-cycle checks
• complete corrections identified in internal data audits
• provide customer service leadership on cross-team projects
• identify trends and suggest troubleshooting and resolution approaches.
