What you'll do

• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and directly oversee veterinary support staff
• coach team members and address staff concerns and on-shift conflicts
• coordinate recruiting, payroll, benefits, performance management, schedules, and leave processes
• collaborate with hospital leadership on customer experience, workflow, supplies, patient-care issues, and process improvements
• monitor support-staff budgets and utilization.
