The Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Freeville, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and flexibility to meet program needs. Pay is $26.00–$33.25 per hour. What you'll do

• Administer employee benefits enrollment and respond to benefits questions
• process insurance bills and related documents
• handle workers’ compensation reports and assist with disability and leave requests
• support 401(k) enrollment and employee changes
• process specified payroll raises
• assist with recruitment and retention
• respond to employee concerns
• support HR policies and labor-law guidance
• assist with mandated reporting and unemployment claims.
