What you'll do

• Source candidates for active, upcoming, and evergreen roles
• work with recruiters and account directors to understand brands and roles
• build and maintain candidate pipelines
• conduct targeted outreach
• review resumes and profiles
• provide pipeline updates and market feedback
• support sourcing for business development and prospective clients
• test sourcing channels and strategies
• maintain accurate records in recruiting and sourcing tools
• support assigned administrative tasks, including posting positions in Avionté.
