Construction Project Manager, Self-Storage Development

Job overview

The Construction Project Manager role is full-time and in-office in Los Angeles, CA, with compensation of $100,000–$160,000 per year. Terrace Group Holdings develops ground-up Class A self-storage facilities in California. The project manager supervises field construction to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to specified workmanship standards. The role coordinates contractors, schedules, budgets, permits, quality, safety, and closeout in support of the firm’s self-storage development pipeline.

What you'll do

• Review projects and support scoping, planning, and budgeting
• maintain an onsite presence at building sites and travel locally within Southern California
• evaluate specifications, schedules, staffing, and bids
• coordinate and monitor general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• ensure permits, licenses, safety notices, and contractual requirements are in place
• review daily reports and requisitions
• support value engineering, project timelines, approvals, entitlement, commissioning, and closeout documentation.
