What you'll do

• Steward field safety and environmental initiatives and oversee contractors in the assigned area
• adjust and optimize chemical injection rates based on production volumes or H2S readings
• maintain pumps and equipment and perform housekeeping to support reliability
• troubleshoot and repair chemical pumps, atomizers, and UltraFabs
• coordinate maintenance and facility repairs with multiple teams
• comply with company policies and state and federal regulations
• follow ExxonMobil safety programs
• communicate with production, electrical, and construction teams.
