Assistant Manager — Restaurant Operations

What you'll do

• Direct and assign work to shift leaders and team members
• support training, scheduling, and daily operations
• ensure food preparation follows cooking, safety, and sanitation requirements
• delegate cleaning
• resolve guest concerns
• communicate performance issues
• complete administrative checklists
• support opening and closing activities
• and balance cash drawers or prepare deposits as assigned.
