The Experienced Tree Climber role is onsite in McLean, VA, with compensation of $25–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with tree removal, pruning, and preservation techniques on a 2-to-4-person crew
• follow ANSI tree-care standards and safe aerial-lift and climbing procedures
• delegate tasks to Groundsman Operations Specialists
• maintain and inspect assigned vehicles and equipment
• communicate with crew members, clients, and the public
• provide customer service.

Why this role

At least four years of tree-climbing experience and a valid driver’s license are required; forestry or horticulture degree and ISA Certified Arborist credential are preferred, with willingness to obtain the certification accepted.
