Axess Family Services’ Maintenance Department maintains the agency’s buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. The worker completes routine and preventive maintenance and repairs to keep facilities and equipment functioning safely. The role handles work orders, records maintenance activity, performs building and equipment repairs, and supports renovations, landscaping, and snow removal.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned maintenance work orders
• maintain maintenance logs and records
• repair buildings and equipment
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• repair windows, doors, locks, wiring, electrical equipment, and refrigeration equipment
• assist with renovations and remodeling
• perform landscaping and snow removal
• follow safety and agency requirements.
