The Mechanical Estimator & Project Support Coordinator is an onsite role based in Garland, TX, offering a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 per year. This position supports a growing mechanical contractor by managing project scoping, pricing, and operational transitions for commercial HVAC projects. This role exists to ensure accurate project estimation and seamless coordination between estimating and field operations. By collaborating with project managers and subcontractors, the coordinator helps maintain profitability and project quality standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial mechanical projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to identify risks.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Develop quantity takeoffs, labor projections, and material pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and field personnel to develop competitive proposals.
• Participate in project turnover meetings.
• Assist with change orders, procurement, and RFI tracking.
