What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate pediatric therapy appointments across disciplines
• serve as a primary contact for families about scheduling, cancellations, and changes
• coordinate with therapists and clinical staff to optimize provider availability
• maintain accurate scheduling records in EHR or scheduling systems
• manage waitlists and rescheduling
• verify appointment details and clinic-policy compliance
• coordinate evaluations, ongoing therapy, and team services
• protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards
• provide customer service to families and staff.
