The role supports safe, reliable building operations through system assessments, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, work-order coordination, and vendor oversight.

What you'll do

• Assess building systems
• perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance
• respond to interior and exterior equipment service requests
• manage work orders involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems
• maintain a task list for property management
• coordinate vendor access and document completed work
• assist with fire panel and extinguisher inspections
• and follow company, OSHA, and client safety standards.
