What you'll do

• Interact with Manufacturing Managers to implement changes to processes, techniques, and fixtures.
• Assess changes required in production and develop ways to sustain improvements.
• Cooperate professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Establish and maintain SPC control charts.
• Investigate handling-related scrap using root cause analysis.
• Prepare and maintain work procedures.
• Identify and implement new process technologies.
