What you'll do

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager with kitchen and restaurant operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and developing staff
• maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
• support menu development and food-quality checks
• oversee inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
• resolve guest issues
• and assist with budgets, payroll, compliance records, reporting, and vendor workflows.
