What you'll do

• Supervise, assign, coordinate, and evaluate skilled and semi-skilled trades personnel
• train employees and recommend training to improve quality and productivity
• assist in developing training procedures
• translate strategies into action plans
• ensure adherence to drawings, procedures, and technical requirements
• oversee manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations
• monitor job and budget performance across shifts.
