The AI Transformation Associate role is in person four days per week and remote one day per week in Flushing, NY. Compensation is $110,000–$125,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead operational improvement initiatives
• identify manual workflows and redesign processes using automation, digitization, and AI-enabled solutions
• identify AI use cases and oversee pilots, adoption tracking, and workflow integration
• coordinate with stakeholders and vendors on systems, dashboards, automations, and tools
• develop SOPs, playbooks, workflow documentation, and training materials
• track timelines, dependencies, risks, adoption metrics, and business impact.
