Operations Specialist — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Confirm daily tasks with the Team Lead
• perform order entry, order closure, and other assigned tasks
• communicate outstanding tasks at shift end
• ensure internal and external data entry is accurate and timely
• report operational exceptions to the Team Lead
• balance requests and standard procedures for at least three clients
• use WarehouseQuote Portal, Excel order templates, and third-party portals.
