What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast and set up service in the assigned area according to hotel or brand standards
• keep breakfast items filled and the area clean during service
• break down and put away breakfast items and clean the area
• report needed repairs and unsafe conditions
• respond to guest and supervisor requests
• maintain organized supplies and issued keys
• report guest issues
• follow food-safety procedures and follow up on guest satisfaction.
