What you'll do

• prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
• maintain building interiors and exteriors and grounds
• install and troubleshoot appliances
• install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures
• perform basic HVAC maintenance
• participate in on-call and weekend rotation.
