What you'll do

• Conduct initial site assessments, moisture evaluations, and scope development
• explain solutions and pricing and seek signed work authorizations
• document assessments with notes, photos, and moisture readings
• lead water extraction, containment, equipment setup, demolition, and drying
• follow IICRC standards and OSHA and safety requirements
• train and direct technicians
• manage field schedules, equipment, and inventory
• communicate with homeowners and document job progress.
