The 2027 Summer Intern — Investments & Portfolio Management role is hybrid in RCLCO’s Los Angeles office in Brentwood, with four in-office days per week and the option to work remotely on Fridays. Compensation is $5,800 per month for a 10-week program. RCLCO Fund Advisors advises institutional investors on real estate investments and portfolio management. The intern conducts research and analysis that supports underwriting, investment evaluation, and client recommendations. The role provides the Investments & Portfolio Management team with analytical support on live transactions and existing assets while developing the intern’s investment skills.

What you'll do

• Research economic, demographic, and real estate market trends
• support underwriting by building financial models and analyzing cash flow assumptions and waterfall structures
• research investment opportunities
• evaluate existing assets through performance reporting, hold/sell analyses, compliance and budget reviews, and restructuring analyses
• prepare reports and presentations for Investment Committee members and institutional clients.
