What you'll do

• Process and route submittals, RFIs, and change-order documentation
• maintain logs, databases, and tracking systems
• prepare meeting materials, minutes, correspondence, and progress reports
• track deficiencies, close-out records, contract modifications, and action deadlines
• organize project files
• support budget and purchasing documentation
• coordinate meetings and provide administrative support to project managers, engineers, and government staff.
