Medical Assistant, Private OB/GYN Office

What you'll do

• Check patients in and out, verify demographic and insurance information, schedule appointments, and manage inbound calls.
• Complete insurance verification, prior authorizations, and referrals.
• Room patients, collect basic information, and prepare exam rooms for procedures.
• Maintain accurate charts and EHR/EMR records, provide administrative support and basic IT troubleshooting, and follow HIPAA and office policies.
