What you'll do

• Trim, soak, wrap, and prepare produce for display
• assess daily production needs and rotate products
• determine merchandising plans, product selection, and order quantities
• evaluate quality for markdowns and culling
• store and rotate stock
• clean and sanitize the work area
• maintain required temperatures and sanitation standards
• project sales and schedule labor
• assist other store departments as needed.
