The role combines solution architecture, project and account management, and strategic advisory to help customers realize value from the platform.

What you'll do

• Lead customer discovery and define requirements, solutions, and documented outcomes
• architect and configure advanced Risk Cloud workflows and data models
• use AI-assisted workflows and automation
• manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, customer health, and request queues
• advise on enterprise risk, compliance, third-party risk, and audit
• identify early value opportunities
• collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Account Executives, and Product
• share best practices and mentor junior consultants
• travel as needed for customer onsite engagements, workshops, and company gatherings.
