What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate MAT services across assigned facilities
• collaborate with medical providers, nursing, mental health, psychiatry, and security staff
• support program design, expansion, staffing, and development with regional leadership
• provide clinical direction and supervision
• oversee healthcare staff training and professional development, including training for non-clinical facility staff
• assign and manage clinical duties
• serve as liaison with facility administration.
