Hospice Administrative Assistant – Multi-Location Support

The Hospice Administrative Assistant – Multi-Location Support is based onsite in Denver, CO, and provides phone support for Ovation Hospice’s Salt Lake City, Denver, and Phoenix locations. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. Ovation Hospice provides hospice care and support to patients and families. The role serves as a first point of contact across the three locations while providing general administrative support to the Denver branch. By routing calls, maintaining records, and assisting with office operations, the assistant helps teams respond to patients, families, referral partners, and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Answer and route incoming calls for all three locations
• greet callers and take accurate messages
• identify urgent or time-sensitive calls and communicate them appropriately
• receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• assist with office supplies, filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
• support meetings and administrative projects
• maintain organized records
• follow HIPAA confidentiality requirements
• communicate professionally with patients, families, referral partners, vendors, and employees.
