Annual compensation is $160,000–$250,000. Shield AI develops intelligent systems, including autonomy software and aircraft, to protect service members and civilians. The manager leads the team responsible for enterprise systems and physical infrastructure across engineering, manufacturing, business, and mission-critical environments. The role ensures infrastructure services remain reliable, secure, scalable, and operationally mature while supporting company growth and engineering and manufacturing needs.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop infrastructure engineers and systems administrators
• own team capacity, hiring priorities, and workload planning
• set infrastructure strategy, roadmap, standards, and service portfolio
• oversee compute, virtualization, storage, backup, disaster recovery, Windows and Linux platforms, and core services
• oversee infrastructure for engineering platforms
• drive modernization, automation, lifecycle management, and observability
• lead incident response, root-cause analysis, change governance, patching, and vulnerability remediation
• manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and forecasts
• maintain operational documentation and communicate service health and risks.
