What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions.
• Educate residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor residents’ progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Experience

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Colorado. Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic medical records (EMRs).
