The Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Technician – Homecrest role is onsite in New York, NY. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. Lighthouse provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism and aims to support skill development, independence, and communication. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the technician delivers individualized one-on-one therapy, teaches and reinforces skills, tracks progress, and collaborates with families and the interdisciplinary team. The work contributes to children’s development and quality of life through evidence-based interventions.

What you'll do

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis techniques under BCBA supervision
• provide one-on-one sessions using individualized treatment plans
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills
• assess needs, collect data, and track progress
• collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team
• communicate progress and strategies to parents and caregivers
• maintain session documentation
• participate in training and professional development.
