What you'll do

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes and utensils and load the dish machine
• sort and store clean dishes
• change dishwater hourly
• hand-wash pots, pans, and trays
• remove trash
• set up and break down the dishwashing area
• clean mats and floors
• fill and empty sanitizing tubs
• assemble and disassemble the dish machine
• report dish machine temperatures below safety standards
• perform general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
