Therapy Supervisor, Adult Home Health

Job overview

The Therapy Supervisor, Adult Home Health role is hybrid, based at a preferred Colorado office location: Aurora, Loveland, Westminster, or Colorado Springs. The salary range is $90,000–$105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Amazing Care provides in-home care to individuals and families, and this role supports its adult home health therapy services. The supervisor provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. The role coordinates therapy across each patient’s service episode, supports clinician development, and helps maintain timely, coordinated, high-quality care and compliant documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical guidance to PTs, OTs, and SLPs
• coach and support clinician development
• assist with patient visits and clinical coverage when needed
• oversee therapy services from admission through discharge
• coordinate care and address changes in patient status, scheduling issues, and missed visits
• collaborate with physicians, patients, families, clinicians, and internal teams
• support documentation quality, OASIS requirements as applicable, regulatory compliance, audits, and surveys
• partner with operational teams on coverage, workflow, and process improvements.

Why this role
