Field Technician — Florida

What you'll do

• Install and configure systems, servers, applications, and recording infrastructure at customer sites
• rack, cable, configure, and test hardware
• configure Windows desktop and server operating systems, including virtual environments
• diagnose hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• respond to support requests within SLA expectations
• manage service tickets and field visits
• escalate complex issues
• communicate with customers and document installations and resolutions
• travel up to 80–85%
• work on ladders and lift up to 70 pounds as required.
