The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Miami, FL. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour, based on experience. The position supports Antares Electrical Distributors, which supplies electrical materials to contractors, developers, home builders, and supply houses across the Caribbean. The associate receives, organizes, and ships inventory accurately, helping customers get needed materials on schedule. The role also supports the warehouse’s transition from paper processes to mobile scanning, with a potential growth path toward Warehouse Lead as responsibilities increase.

What you'll do

• Receive and check incoming material against purchase orders
• organize inventory
• pick, pack, and stage export orders
• prepare ocean and air freight shipments
• safely load and unload trucks and containers
• maintain accurate counts and report discrepancies
• learn mobile scanning and help train the team
• keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. As responsibilities grow, help organize daily work, train associates, manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts, and coordinate with sales and purchasing.

Why this role

Bilingual English and Spanish required. Forklift experience required; certification is preferred but not a dealbreaker. Repeated lifting of 50+ pounds and reliable transportation are required. Strong performers may advance to Warehouse Lead.
