What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders and routine repairs
• diagnose problems and follow safety standards and codes
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins
• coordinate vendors and obtain supplies as needed
• document service requests
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• inspect contractor work when needed
• participate in safety meetings and property inspections
• and respond respectfully to resident questions and complaints.
