Prep Cook — Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant

What you'll do

• Prepare, wash, chop, slice, portion, and mix ingredients
• follow recipes, prep sheets, and production lists
• prepare sauces, desserts, and other menu components
• label and date prepared items
• rotate and store ingredients using FIFO
• receive and put away deliveries
• monitor freshness
• clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and tools
• assist line cooks and with basic cooking or dishwashing as needed.
