Customer Operations Analyst

The Customer Operations Analyst role is onsite in Irving, TX. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. ReUnite Rx works with drug manufacturers, fertility clinics, and specialty pharmacies to improve access to fertility care across the United States. The analyst leads operational projects, maintains recurring performance reporting, and handles customer and partner issues through investigation, root-cause analysis, and clear communication. The role turns operational data and day-to-day interactions into decisions intended to improve product availability, reduce costs, and raise customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional operational projects
• own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on operational and customer metrics
• analyze data and resolve technical and process issues
• respond to patients, clinics, and pharmacy partners by phone, email, and mail
• listen actively and de-escalate concerns as needed
• train pharmacy and clinic partners and internal staff
• maintain partner relationships
• assist operations leadership with projects and administrative tasks.
