What you'll do

• Administer oral, topical, IV, and injectable medications
• provide wound care, pain management, and dressings
• assess residents and monitor changes
• create, update, and execute individualized care plans
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers
• educate residents and families
• document health status and care
• oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs.
