What you'll do

• Collect, rinse, and rack dirty dishware
• load and unload dish racks from the dish machine
• manually scrub pots, pans, and equipment that cannot be machine-washed
• rewash items that are not satisfactorily clean
• sweep and mop kitchen floors
• scrub walls and trash cans
• maintain chemicals and dishwashing equipment in good working order
• perform other related duties as requested.
