What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathroom needs, hygiene, dressing, mobility, food intake, and other care-plan needs
• document activities of daily living
• observe and report changes in condition
• turn and position residents as required
• answer call bells
• take and record vital signs and intake/output
• transfer and escort residents
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• protect resident rights and confidentiality.
