What you'll do

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, assign work, and train new hires
• process domestic and international freight, parcel, and pallet shipments
• prepare and verify export documents, commercial invoices, and packing lists
• coordinate with freight forwarders, customers, Sales, and Customer Service
• maintain inventory accuracy and shipping records
• ensure compliance with international shipping and hazardous materials regulations
• resolve shipping issues and support warehouse KPIs, quality standards, and deadlines. Lift up to 50 lbs.
