In-Home Behavioral Specialist

The In-Home Behavioral Specialist is a full-time, onsite role based in Great Falls, MT, providing services in clients’ homes and community settings. Pay is $19.85 per hour plus a $1.44-per-hour differential. Many Rivers Whole Health provides behavioral health services and support to clients and families. The specialist carries out supervisor-directed services, supports treatment planning, and provides psychoeducation and behavior-management assistance to families. The role also helps clients build daily living and social skills, access community resources, and participate in activities, while keeping required records and communicating changes to the care team.

What you'll do

• Implement supervisor instructions
• assist with team evaluation and treatment planning
• maintain client paperwork
• provide in-home parent psychoeducation and behavior-management support
• provide one-on-one supervision and guidance
• assist with daily living, social, organizational, and vocational skills
• help clients access community resources
• lead socialization activities
• provide transportation as needed
• participate in directed training.
