Irrigation Installation Laborer

The Irrigation Installation Laborer position is full-time and onsite in San Antonio, FL, with compensation of $16–$18 per hour. The role is in the Landscape & Irrigation Installation department and reports to an Irrigation Crew Leader or Project Manager. The laborer assists with installing irrigation systems at residential, commercial, and landscape construction sites. The work supports project completion through pipe and component installation, site preparation, system testing, and safe, organized job-site practices.

What you'll do

• Assist with irrigation system installation
• dig trenches and prepare areas for components
• install pipe, fittings, valves, heads, and drip irrigation under crew-leader direction
• assist with controllers and backflow assemblies
• measure, cut, connect, and assemble pipe
• operate approved tools
• help locate utilities
• transport materials
• assist with testing, startup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• backfill trenches and maintain safe, clean work areas.
